We now have two packages for you to choose from that make developing a custom design simple.

Premium Custom Design service

Our Premium Custom Design service has been in operation for a number of years. It's great for clients with difficult sites or for those wanting more time to explore design ideas and specifications.

Premium Custom Design gives you a six-month development period and a more extensive service. During this time we'll develop a system to manage your project, develop concept drawings into final plans, finalise all specifications right down to styles and colours, refine contracts, and provide a fixed price.

All this for only $6,000. Within six months you'll be ready to move on the the pre-building/pre-permits stage, with every feature and design element just as you've specified.

Fast Trak service

Fast Trak is a fresh new approach. It is a quick and inexpensive way to get things rolling. Within 45 days, with your input, we will collect and analyse all the necessary site data, draw the full working drawings and complete detailed specifications. We will brief you on each and every aspect of the project, double check all legal documentation and procedures, along the way, we will provide estimates, and at the end of it all, we will provide you with a fixed price contract.

With Fast Trak, you can fully develop a custom design within 45 days and be well on your way to building for only $2,500.
